To place an order, simply browse our collections, select the items you'd like to purchase, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Once you're ready, click the "Checkout" button to complete your purchase by providing your shipping information and payment details.
We offer free shipping on all orders. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the type of order. Pre-order items may take longer to ship, but the estimated delivery time will be provided on the product page.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancellations after the order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Exchanges are allowed only for size exchanges, and the item must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date you receive the item. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

We take great care in packaging our items, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at info@muvonche.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
